Agreement to terms

Welcome to CodeBite Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, contacting us, or purchasing any of our services (website development packages), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

Our services

CodeBite Studio provides website design, development, SEO, and maintenance services as described on our pricing page. Each project is unique, and final deliverables will be confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or contract) before work begins.

Payments & pricing

• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. However, once you place an order, the price at the time of order is locked.
• Deposit: A 50% advance payment is required to start any project, unless otherwise agreed.
• Final payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final files/deliverables are handed over.
• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once design and development have commenced. If you cancel before work starts, any deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

Project timeline & delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. We strive to meet deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Late client feedback or content delivery.
• Third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, etc.).
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure.

We will communicate any delays promptly via WhatsApp or email.

Client responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Review and provide feedback on milestones within 3-5 business days.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide (images, fonts, etc.).
• Secure your own hosting and domain if required (we can assist, but costs are separate).

Intellectual property

During development: CodeBite Studio retains all rights to work in progress until final payment is received.

After full payment: You own the final website files and design (excluding third-party assets like stock photos, fonts, or plugins which are licensed separately). We grant you full ownership of the custom code and design.

We reserve the right to display your website in our portfolio (unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed).

Third-party services

Our work may involve third-party tools (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, Google Analytics, WhatsApp API). We do not guarantee the uptime, security, or functionality of these external services. You agree to comply with their respective terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeBite Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question.

Website use & acceptable conduct

When visiting our website, you agree not to:

• Use any automated means to access or scrape the site.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, State].
