By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CodeBite provides website development, design, and related digital services. We offer various packages including:

• Normal Package: Basic website with essential features
• Premium Package: Advanced features including custom UI, SEO, and admin panel
• Gold Package: Comprehensive solution with unlimited pages and e-commerce functionality

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for your project
• Respond promptly to our communications and provide feedback
• Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Normal Package: 50% advance, 50% before final delivery
• Premium Package: 40% advance, 30% on design approval, 30% before final delivery
• Gold Package: 30% advance, 40% on design approval, 30% before final delivery

4.3 Refund Policy

• If we are unable to deliver the project as agreed, you are eligible for a full refund
• Once design work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable
• After final delivery and approval, no refunds will be issued

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided at the start of each project
• Delays caused by client (late content, feedback, etc.) may extend the timeline
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and code. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio.

6.2 Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (images, fonts, plugins, etc.) used in your project are subject to their respective licenses. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right to use them.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeBite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeBite and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
